2. Applicants must be 18-30 years old, in good health both mentally and physically, with a high school diploma.
3. A score of 180 points or above in HSK Level 4 is required for programs taught in Chinese.
★A score of above 180 points in HSK Level 5, and a score of above 550 points (PBT), 213 points (CBT), 79 points (IBT) in TOEFL or a score of above 6.0 in IELTS are required for the Chinese-taught Diplomacy program.

Curriculum
Courses of Politics and Foreign Language are exempted;
Introduction to China and Modern Chinese Language mandatory is required;
- Others courses are taken as the same as Chinese students.
- The student who has completed the 4-year curriculum, passed the examinations and successfully defended the thesis will be issued a diploma and conferred with a Bachelor degree. -

*1. Certificate of deposit
2. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens or one/both of the parents are Chinese should submit
(1) proof of having joined foreign nationality for at least 4 years;
(2) passport entry and exit records from April 30, 2019 to April 30, 2023.*3. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (This form is printed by the Chinese quarantine authority and must be completed in English).
The applicant should complete each item of the examination in strict accordance with the requirements of the examination form. Incomplete records or those without a photograph of the applicants, without the signature of a doctor, or the official stamp of the hospital are invalid, and the examination results are valid for 6 months.
4. Applicants under 18 by September 1, 2023 must submit
a letter of guarantee from a guardian, who must be an adult residing in Changchun.
5. Certificate of HSK

*6. Transcript for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy)
1. The transcript must be in Chinese or English. 2. The transcript must be complete which includes all courses.

For fresh high school graduates, proof of expected graduation from the high school should be issued.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
