*1. Certificate of deposit

2. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens or one/both of the parents are Chinese should submit

(1) proof of having joined foreign nationality for at least 4 years;
(2) passport entry and exit records from April 30, 2019 to April 30, 2023.

*3. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (This form is printed by the Chinese quarantine authority and must be completed in English).

The applicant should complete each item of the examination in strict accordance with the requirements of the examination form. Incomplete records or those without a photograph of the applicants, without the signature of a doctor, or the official stamp of the hospital are invalid, and the examination results are valid for 6 months.

4. Applicants under 18 by September 1, 2023 must submit

a letter of guarantee from a guardian, who must be an adult residing in Changchun.

6. Certificate of HSK

Not needed for English taught programs

*7. Transcript for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy)

1. The transcript must be in Chinese or English. 2. The transcript must be complete which includes all courses.

For fresh high school graduates, proof of expected graduation from the high school should be issued.

*11. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
