This form is printed by the Chinese quarantine authority and must be completed in English. Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
The graduates of the current year can provide pre-graduation certificate, after being admitted, the original must be submitted.

*10. Two reference letters from professors

Which should include the aim and requirements of studying in China, an evaluation of the applicant’s overall ability and potential. The reference letters should be written in Chinese or English, with the professor’s signature and contact information.

*11. Proposal of the study in China

In Chinese or English.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
